Our Mission & Vision

The MISSION of Morgan Grace Fellowship is to love God, to love others, and to magnify the name of Jesus Christ in Morgan County, throughout Utah, North America, and the rest of the world . We believe strongly that every believer was created, saved and gifted to join God in His work of drawing people to the knowledge of who He is and what He has done through His Son, Jesus Christ.

The VISION of Morgan Grace Fellowship to glorify our God by reaching Morgan and beyond by sharing the truth of salvation, that it is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone.   Locally, we will do this by focusing on making connections, first with God, through our worship times, Bible study, personal and corporate prayer times, but we also will intentionally make connections with each other and those in the community. We will also purposely seek out ways we can help in carrying this message of God’s grace throughout the rest of the world by means of missionary activity, prayer and support. The task is great, but God is greater and with Him on our side, nothing is too difficult!

 Morgan Grace Fellowship

Deciding on a name for our new group wasn’t easy. We wanted something that captured our mission and vision while identifying our location as well. So we came up with Morgan Grace Fellowship. Starting with Morgan, we wanted easy name recognition to the community/county  in which we want to be the salt and light in. This county is a great place to live and many will be discovering what a gem it is. When they do, we want those looking for a church home to easily find us.

Right in the center of our name is the word Grace“.  It’s a word that is thrown around a lot- the bank gives us a “grace” period, an athlete can fall from “grace”, a dancer can be “graceful” and we can say “grace” at dinner, but we want to proclaim that God’s glorious grace is so much more than all of these things put together. God’s grace is at the center of all we do, all we are and all we hope for. It shapes us, strengthens us, emboldens us, and softens us. God’s unmerited favor that comes only by faith alone in Christ alone is at the center of all we do.

Lastly, we choose the wordFellowship because it suggests that we are a group of people of different backgrounds and experiences  bound together by the common purpose of bringing glory and honor to God in response to what He has done for us.

We are an evangelical Christian church in partnership with the Utah/Idaho Southern Baptist Convention and the Golden Spike Network. We enjoy the framework we have in our partnerships and have been blessed with the love, support and prayer that we have received through them and many others.
